The whole experience was great. I was in a lot of pain for a long time for my elbow and Dr. McKenna listened and gave me all my options and did not push either option. I felt free to ask all my questions and i felt like he listened to me. All procedures were explained to me first before the procedure and I was told who would be doing what and i liked that. I knew the name of the person before they did anything to me. Very comforting.
